When I Pre-Order a product, how long before I will receive it ?

When I pre-order a product, how long before I will receive it?

When you place a pre-order, you’ll pay a 10% deposit to secure your item. The remaining balance is collected one week later, at which point your order is processed and sent to our distribution center. From there, shipping to you typically begins shortly after — so you can expect to receive your product within 2–3 weeks after the final payment.

We’ll keep you updated by email at each stage so you always know when your order is on the way.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges ?

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges in certain cases. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement or refund.

Because many of our products are custom-made or limited edition, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. We always recommend double-checking our Size Guide or contacting us before ordering if you’re unsure which product is right for your collectibles.
